Constraint Dynamics is the umbrella. Golem Physics is the first working domain Golem, and the focus of the AI safety grant or fellowship work. Constraint Native is the commercial bridge. This is the long-range architecture map, not the grant claim. The grant claim centers on Golem/Golem Physics; the commercial bridge centers on Constraint Native. The wider stack — memory, coordination, handoff, and the proposed Golem Network — extends the same verification discipline as the organization grows.
Six verbs,
one verification discipline.
Each cell is one move the architecture has to make for AI systems to be trustworthy: verify claim status, act under governed policy, remember with continuity, coordinate across machines, hand off with explicit context, and endure over long horizons. Golem Physics and Constraint Native are the grounded surfaces today; the rest grows from the same discipline.
Proposed extension: the Golem Network — a future architecture for domain Golems in physics, biology, chemistry, and other fields, each grounded in its own anchors and exchanging proof-bearing claims across local nodes. Adjacent tools on the roadmap include Hermes Extension and Mission Control Dashboard. The grant work centers on the implemented Golem Physics system; these become public surfaces as the research proof matures.

Each layer extends the same discipline into a different operating problem. Golem and Constraint Native ship today as the verify and act layers; the remaining layers describe the organization's longer-term architecture and are stated separately from the grant claim.
